– What languages are spoken in the hotel?
Our teams speak French, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic and Romanian.
– Can people with disabilities stay at the hotel?
Unfortunately, the structure of our hotel does not allow us to make the necessary adjustments, so we do not have any rooms accessible to people with reduced mobility.
– Can I bring a pet?
Pets are not allowed in our hotel.
– How are the rooms equipped?
All rooms have a minibar with soft drinks on arrival, Nespresso machine, flat-screen TV, telephone and safe. The Jr Suite and Élégance categories have a kettle and a selection of teas.
On request: Baby cot, changing mat, bottle warmer, hygiene kit, extra linen.
– Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date for a flexible rate. In case of late cancellation or no-show, you will be charged for the entire stay.
For prepaid bookings based on a non-amendable, non-cancellable and non-refundable rate, no refunds or postponements will be accepted in case of cancellation or no-show.
– What are the nearest underground stations?
The nearest metro stations are Franklin D. Roosevelt (lines 1 and 9), Champs Elysées Clemenceau (lines 13 and 1) and Saint-Philippe du Roule (line 9).
– Where can I park?
The hotel does not have a car park. You can park on the street or in the INDIGO Paris Rond-Point Des Champs Elysées underground car park, located at 1 Avenue Matignon, 75008 Paris. We recommend that you come to the hotel first to drop off your belongings.
– What are the arrival and departure times?
Check-in begins at 3:00pm and check-out must be complete before noon. You can leave your luggage at the hotel for the day.
– Is it allowed to smoke in the hotel ?
The hotel is completely non-smoking. In the event of non-compliance, the maximum amount displayed for the room category will be charged.
– How often are towels and bed linen changed ?
We change bed linen after 3 nights of stay or if they become stained.
If you would like them changed more often, please contact reception. If you would like your towels to be changed, please drop them on the floor.
– How often are rooms cleaned?
Rooms and communal areas are cleaned daily.
In the event of refusal, please inform reception.
– Are the rooms air-conditioned?
All our rooms have an individual thermostat to regulate the temperature.
During the period from 21 September to 21 March, the general system is in heating mode and during the period from 22 March to 20 September, the system is in cooling mode.
